We're Building a New Observatory

NWJAA is a club for amateur astronomers that is based in Warren County, NJ.  The club's primary ctivities include public meetings, where an astronomy-related topic is presented, followed by astronomical observing when the weather permits. Meetings take place 6 times a year: April thru June, and September thru November, and are held at Alan's house near Blairstown (directions can be found at the above link). Meeting notifications, including time and date, are announced via email.

The requirements to become a member in NWJAA are simple to meet.  Send your name, mailing address, email, and phone number (so we can contact you about meetings) to  There are no dues or fees for NWJAA.  We are a supporting club of the United Astronomy Clubs of New Jersey (UACNJ).
